The chest is made from Pine and covered in a hessian cloth, banded with oak and steel studding, it has character and charm throughout, lots of stud detail and nice leather decorative handles. It is sitting on little castors so it is easily maneuverable around the room when its full.

The leather straps are partially incomplete and it has a missing handle, but these are just characterful additions. We have semi restored the chest, polishing the studs and removing old marks and stains, so its a real statement piece ready for use in the home. The inside is clean, ready for use in the home, making a great storage solution. It is larger than your average chest, so its a great chest for hiding all of your bits and bobs.
