Old Victorian Solid Wooden Oak Trunk / Chest / Antique Blanket Box Coffee Table Fantastic looking, heavy, old solid oak chest, that is in good usable structural condition with a very aged look to it. Inside has a candle tray to the left ha d side. Would make a great centre piece in any room, either as intended as a chest or to use as a coffee table etc. We are not 100% sure of age, make or origin. Height: 475mm Width: 985mm Depth: 470mm As this is an old piece so please note that it has quite a lot of marks, scratches, splits, stains, knocks, chips, and damage present, commensurate with age and use.

Some signs of historic woodworm (not active) and rot to the bottom edge. Splits to the lid aswell as the front as shown. This is not a brand new item, it is handmade and very aged and worn, but all things which give it a great look with character. In need of a very good clean.
