This item is for sale from The Prop Factory. We normally make items exclusively to hire from recycled and sustainable materials. Due the downtime the pandemic has given us we have had an almighty clear out! We have for sale a mixture of ex hire stock, raw materials and even some new props and signs we've made just to sell while we've been twiddling our thumbs. A bit of useful information below.

By this we mean we are letting the photos do the talking. So rather than a lengthy description of flaws we have made a conscious effort to photograph everything about an item - the good, the bad and the ugly! If not written here are displayed in the photos. If you need more photos then just ask, as mentioned we have a bit more time on our hands than usual so we can be super accommodating. Having said that it is worth noting the next point.

We are in the office. Monday - Friday 10:00 until 17:00. So all enquiries will be answered within these hours.

To call our office during working hours the number is. A few more points of the'firm but fair' nature, so apologies if they come across quite strict. Otherwise the item will be relisted. Items must be collected with in.

Our collection point is situated via the goods exit of our warehouse which can be found by entering the carpark in-between Europcar and Jewson. In the centre of the car park are two red roller doors.

The collection point is via the right hand door. Our collection hours are 10:00 until 17:00 Monday to Friday.

We cannot post or wrap items for courier collection if they are listed as collection only. This is to make the cost economical for us and you. Strictly a distribution warehouse only.
