In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please notify us as soon as you receive your parcel by sending us images where possible. Please note if the item is damaged we will not collect and this item should be disposed of/recycled by yourself as appropriate.I have missing/damaged parts - what shall I do? We are happy to send replacement parts free of charge. Please send us a message about your order confirming the item's SKU code, the letter or number of the damaged/missing parts and confirm which address you would like the parts sending too.
