Antique Pine Dome Top Blanket Box / Steamer Trunk / Chest. Exact age and origin unknown, but this lovely antique chest has some terrific features, and I'm sure could tell a tale or too. I'm not an expert, this chest has been part of the furniture in our home for well over 20 years, so I may be incorrect about the metals used; however, features include. Brass lock with key (fully working).

Side handles (possibly iron) for easier lifting/moving, nicely shaped and decorative. Brass knob on lid to open. As I said, this chest is antique, and has been used in and around our home for 20+ years, and I imagine several others before it, so it is aged, marked, and in used condition. Length - 37 3/4 or 96cm. Height - 22 1/4 or 56.5cm.
