Beautiful pine dutch merchant chest. Very large, great condition, Wooden Blanket TRUNK, Coffee TABLE, Storage BOX, Vintage antique. We've been the current keepers of this since our first babe was born in 2004. Now the lamb chop is around a bit less its time for a few changes to the house and we are passing the chest on.

Surfaces are smooth to the touch. Lots of lovely gnarly bits yet feels incredibly solid. Has been well looked after, lots of wax and rubbing down over the years. Nice bits of detail as can be seen - has faux drawer effect even though it is just a deep box.

There is a lock mechanism in there but we don't have any keys. And just look at that dovetailing!

The hinges appear well over engineered. Size is pretty big (technical term). I've tried to photograph in situ to give an idea. Would benefit from a big white space : although it fits nicely in our tiny space. 1.12 m is nearly 4 foot.

This will make a beautiful and practical feature to any homely living room, bedroom or even bathroom. Viewing welcome, collection only i'm afraid i cant take any chances delivering through a courier.
