Antique Old Waxed Pine Blanket Chest Trunk Coffee Table Box Coffer Restored

Add me to your list of sellers and please see my other items. What i have on offer is an old restored early Victorian pine chest. (I was told it had a nautical background but cant confirm this). Compact in size but would still be great for storage/kindling box a small coffee table etc etc. That was in its original glaze but it was in poor order so it was stripped back all over to the natural wood.

Original small penny end hinges. Original lock and keep(no key). (Lid has a very old split but thats why it has supports). Fully stripped of layers of paint.

(The inside and under the lid have been stripped sanded and waxed but are obviously not as smooth as the outer chest). Repaired where needed over may hours.

Lashings of wax applied inside and out even underneath has been waxed to nourish the wood, all metalwork stripped/sanded. This is a very old chest and as such has many marks of its history, old lid and base splits, gouges, etc etc please see the pictures and zoom in to get a full understanding of what is on offer.
