Antique c1740 Welsh Oak Mule Chest. A great example of a very old welsh mule chest.

The chest has a lift up top to reveal a storage area ideal for shoes. The chest is old and has some wear as expected of a piece so old. It's a panelled chest and has 2 drawers to the base. However it will make a grand addition to any home it's placed in. There are some worn areas to the feet which is usual in trunks this old from wet/damp floors that were probably cleaned and moped throughout its life but the trunk is solid and I have taken photographs.

The trunk is full of character and still after all of these years has plenty of life. It'll make a great feature in most rooms it will be placed it. Measurements length 125cm x depth 48.5cm x height 77cm.
