18th Century/1790 Dark Oak Coffer/Old Blanket Box/Vintage Wooden Chest/Lid/Trunk

  
I guess it's from late 18th century, about 1790? , and has a carved frontage. Would look fantastic in a Country house or cottage. I use it as a blanket chest - to store spare blankets, duvets, linen and out of season clothes. It holds a lot of stuff and is a decorative piece of furniture at the same time, that looks particularly nice in a hall way with a jug of flowers on top.

It has a hinged lid and 2 drawers at the bottom of the chest - also handy for storing things. Moving to a smaller home so it needs to go, sadly. Measurements are in'item specifics'.

It's very heavy and presently in a 1st floor flat, but the doors and staircase are very wide, so there should be no problem (apart from it's weight), getting it out and loading it into a van.
